Why You May Need to Convert GPA into Percentage

Universities/institutions have different means of converting GPA score to Percent, generally using either of two methods, or some variation of them; Linear Ratio and CBSE CGPA Formula.

Percentage = (GPA ÷ Maximum GPA Scale) × 100
Example: (3.5 ÷ 4.0) × 100 = 87.5%
